    Ask about consultation fees and available appointments by WhatsApp or email.

  2. Agree on the details

    Confirm the fees, date and time directly with reception. If you are abroad, include your timezone.

  3. Receive your invitation

    Once reception confirms your appointment, you will receive a Google Calendar invitation by email with your Google Meet link.

Reception confirms all appointments. Fees are agreed directly with you. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment.
